The Alexander Technique is an educational method that helps us to move with ease and lightness in any activity. Developed over 100 years ago by Australian actor F.M. Alexander, the technique is especially beneficial to performing artists. Tim is an AmSAT-certified instructor of the Alexander Technique and enjoys teaching students of all backgrounds (musicians and non-musicians alike). He has given presentations in numerous academic settings and for the American Guild of Organists & Royal Canadian College of Organists. He is available for workshops and is accepting private students in and around Williamstown, MA. Contact him for more information.
